Would anyone on the site like to help Mr. David Henneberry get a new boat? His was kind of shot up due to the Boston Marathon Bomber manhunt. Go to https://gma.yahoo.com/support-replace-boat-ruined-bomber-standoff-165345489--abc-news-topstories.html to see the story. This sounds like something the people I see on this site live for. I'm in for one hundred dollars. With the generosity I’ve seen on here, I’m thinking we could come up with a substantial amount to help this man who did nothing but store his boat in his back yard get a decent replacement. Thanks in advance. Hueydr

It kind of makes you wonder where all the hundreds of shot fired by the police ended up.

That is a really nice sentiment, but he wants donations sent to One Fund Boston.

Saw the live interview. That's exactly what he said.
Nice thought though! If no insurance coverage, IMO it would be OK for him to use donations to replace the boat and then donate any excess to the fund.

If they would release the boat back to him, I wonder how much someone would be willing to pay for it? Probablly WAY more than the cost of a new one!
