A couple years ago at the lake I saw a big aluminum cabin cruiser/ fishing boat. I believe it was a Starcraft Islander or Chieftan. Anyone own or run a boat this size? I love a boat to overnight on from time to time or at least one big enough for the Mrs, me and the two dogs (200 pounds worth and growing).

I don't have one but those starcraft islanders always seemed like a nice boat to me. Lightweight and lots of freeboard, most of the ones I saw were I/O's. The older ones can be had pretty cheap as I see them on craigslist now and then. Popular on lake michigan and lake erie.
