What exactaly is Nike +

I'm getting back into running and working out hard agin...trying to cut for the summer...I've been putting in 12+ miles a week plus weights...I was wanting to keep track and was watching some threads in this section and I noticed that people are talking about Nike+ what is this and how can it benifit things. I mostly run on a treadmill since I work in healthcare and don't get off till after dark and when I'm in school at night is the only time I can run.

So what is Nike+ and how are you guys useing it on here???

Can you use this system with the Ipod Classic? I checked the last site listed and didn't really see anything...but I have the classic...do you know if I can use it?

No! Just the Nano! I wish they would change that.

I bought the Nike+ system and a Nano for the wife at Christmas.

She likes it for logging how many miles she has run and calories burned.
