Friends,
I got an email tonight from an old school chum, who is now on a local TX school board. Terry said that in response to a telephone survey on how many households had pre-school children, the surveyor got this response on one contact.
The woman who answered the phone said, "No. I'm not the lady of the house. - I'm just the maid."
When asked if she knew if there were any pre-school aged or kindergarten-aged children in the household, the maid responded, "No. Just two grownups stays here. - One is an adult and the other is an adulteress."
I just had to lol.
