Gave my new Deep Fryer a work out today. Works great! Able to keep the oil at 350* with ease! Feed 20 some with plenty of left overs.

Poached Northern Pike. Butter with Garlic and salt. Tasty!

Sunfish fillets, Perch fillets and Walleye!

Roaster pan is about 2/3rds of what we had on hand. This is the results of one persons legal limit in possession from Devils Lake, ND (Except the Sunfish).

First thoughts on the fryer?

Well worth the price. I was able to keep the oil in the range I wanted with ease. Cooked allot of fish in a relatively short period of time. The control valves could be better, but the work well enough to regulate heat. Work surface is high enough. The way the legs attach to the base makes it very easy to level the fryer. Anyone looking for a great fryer at a decent price needs to look at this one.
