There are several places in Florida that does that.
A few in the Orlando area. You must keep your boat at THEIR marina.
I guess that Florida has so much water and so many tourists, it is a thriving business.
BUT- like you said, what condition will your boat be in the next time
you want to use it ??? I could never do it.
 
The discussion in the LINK below doesn't sound too promising.

Might be another "great idea" but it hasn't been proven yet. I am in the same "boat" as the other guys....you might be able to borrow/rent my car, but not my boat.
