I have been toying with the idea of Thermos meals. Not just throwing leftovers from the night before in and calling it done but actually from beginning to end put ingredients in adding boiling water then so many hours later have a meal that's tasty healthy and not going to make you sick from poorly cooked meats.

I did some tests with a Thermos that already have. I put boiling water in ( actually tested at 247° ) then sealed shut. 24 hours later the water temp had only dropped 11 to 17°.


Just curious?
