Just a little two mile hike on the Cumberland Plateau....

My long-suffering thought it would be a good idea. She was Right!

Happy Birthday, Rich.

I couldn't help but notice you have a hiking stick to aid your walking and your spouse has a shorter stick to poke you when you slow down. Looks like a great partnership.

Many more, Rich. =D>

Kismet ... Her hiking stick was longer. She broke the end off. Now I know why... Ha Ha

KMixson Re Loopy... She might be loopy now, after trying to keep me in line for 56 years of wedded bliss..

Hope I am doing that at 77! Good on you and Happy Birthday! BTW two sticks will give you a better upper body work out and not make you have one massive arm......

Man I hope in 25 years I'm still able to hike two miles!
Slowing down is ok, stopping is not an option!

Don't slow down....Remember what ol' Satchel Paige said...

"Don't look back, something might be gaining on you"

AND..

"Age is a question of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter."

Guess that last one says it all. Ha Ha richg99
