I done blown up my race motor! 3 yrs running without touching it.. will get it fixed soon enough

5.0L Ford Mustang stock 302

piston #4 melted:

Pistons #7 & #8 had foreign matter enter (looks like small ballberings cylindrical shape.. maybe from the tps sensor)

That stinks! Don't you have a race this weekend? Are you going to cancel?

What does something like this cost to fix? New motor?

You can check the end gap on that top ring now :shock:

Bummer, but for 3 years I guess ya can't complain.
