I'm eventually getting a gps and was wondering if anyone uses it with their gps. It would be nice to have all your waypoints stored ontop of a map. It says it only gaurantees support for Magellan and garmin units. I would be getting a garmin anyways. Thoughts?

I have a Garmin Legend, but have never tried to overlay way points or routes onto an actual topo-map.... didn't realize that you could interface between the two.
I've used Google Earth before to check out how new hunting area look, but def something that I am going to look into!

google earth plus is $20 a year, but there are a few other features you get other than the gps portion. Plus faster load times from the server.
