i have been mostly speck fishing but the lake has alot of grass beds fish around the beds.the topwater bite is hot early on zara spooks or poppers,later on fish the grass with frogs ,big worms or work the creeks with jigs here is a link to look at with reports hope this helps https://www.wmi.org/bassfish/reports/alabama/
