Nothing like a good Barbecue sauce if you ask me. My favorite right now is Sweet Baby Rays.

Second might have to be Montgomery Inns Barbecue sauce.

What are you guys using? Is there a local to you favorite?

Williamson Brothers. There is a Williamson Brothers barbeque place in both Canton and Marietta, and they sell the sauce at the Barret Parkway Costco, so we get it by the gallon there. Great Barbeque to, if we get the chance to go eat in.

If you like good ribs and sauce try these from Memphis TN. at the "Rendezvous". They will fly them to you.

We have two pretty popular sauces made here in Southern Illinois. Country Bobs, and Uncle Joes. Probably isnt big in the rest of the US, but i have been in restaraunts pretty far from home that have it. Uncle Joes is great with fried pork chops!
