Comments with pictures

Guys,
I know how to upload pictures, but I wanted to know how do I put comments above the pictures explaining what's going on in them? Here's the link of my current posthttps://www.tinboats.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=7898 When I take pictures with my camera I set the size to 480x600 so it goes to spec with the forum.

When you make the post, and upload the file, below that it says file comment. Type whatver you want in there. But if you are uploading them from photobucket or something i dont know if that will work.

What I normally do is post the link or the actual image and then type what I want above the link or the pic.

Example:

Text: Pic taken at dusk
Link: https://www.tinboats.net/forum/images/albums/userpics/looking_aft_4-16-08~0.JPG

Then click on the Submit button.
