Broke a Fender Bracket

Coming back from a 4 hour trip, both fender brackets broke. Front bracket on the left and rear bracket on the right side. Very strange. These are the L-shaped brackets that bolt the wheel fender onto the trailer frame.

Any thoughts? We must have twisted or racked the trailer frame somehow. I'll try to get a picture and post it soon.

same thing happened to the L shaped brackets that hold the lights to my fenders, i think they just vibrate a lot going down the road and eventually break. mine broke right across the bolt holes. moved it down an inch and drilled new ones.

Make some new ones out of stronger steel.I've had it happen on construction trailers,racking and vibration is the cause.
