I stumbled upon a cool website that will help you track your calories and exercies. You do have to create an account, enter your weight and how much weight per week you want to lose and it tells you how many calories you can eat a day. I have been following it for just over a month now and I have dropped 2 pant sizes. I dont have a scale, so I cant tell you how much I lost. The best part...you can eat whatever you want as long as you dont exceed your daily calorie count.

This site has been a lifesaver.

Nothing significant. The thing that caught my eye was keeping my food data forever. Im not sure If I care about that or not. Everything else is not worth it to me.

Esquired,
I can eat those...chances are thats all i could eat that day, but I could still eat it. :D

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. If I dont exceed 2308 Im good.
