Next weeks project.

After a month of searching and weighing my options,I dropped the money for the parts to fix my riding mower.I have a 2003 Bolens 38 inch cut mower.The transaxle was recalled but I never got the recall notice.The time on the notice expired in 2005.So I spent the money,bought the transaxle upgrade and rework kit, that the manufacture put out for it.The problem is frame flex twisting the transaxle housing causing the brake rotor shaft to ware through the bushings and into the transaxle housing.I replace the bushings every couple years,but this year it wore through.I was looking for a used unit but they are all bad.I was hoping to make it through until tax time next year and buy a bigger better mower.I have 2 acres to cut and my mower is to small.Takes me 4 hours to cut it all.Anyway here are pics.
