I am having trouble choosing between a wah pedal and a flanger/phaser pedal for Christmas. For my wah pedal, I am choosing between the
- Dunlop Original Crybaby Wah Pedal ($69.99) https://www.music123.com/Dunlop-Original-Crybaby-Wah-Pedal-151000-i1124398.Music123
and the
- Vox V847A Wah Pedal ($89.00)https://www.music123.com/Vox-V847A-Wah-Pedal-151058-i1177657.Music123

For the Flanger/Phaser Pedal, I am choosing between the
- DOD FX20 Stereo Phaser Pedal ($39.99) https://www.music123.com/DOD-FX20-Stereo-Phaser-Pedal-150065-i1124211.Music123
- Ibanez PH7 Phaser Pedal ($59.99) https://www.music123.com/Ibanez-PH7-Phaser-Pedal-150294-i1124259.Music123
- DigiTech XHP Hyper Phase Stereo Phaser Pedal ($69.95)https://www.music123.com/DigiTech-XHP-Hyper-Phase-Stereo-Phaser-Pedal-150820-i1124365.Music123
- DigiTech XTF Turbo Flange Stereo Flager Pedal ($79.95)https://www.music123.com/DigiTech-XTF-Turbo-Flange-Stereo-Flanger-Pedal-150819-i1124364.Music123

I do not want to spend more than $90 on the wah pedal and more than $80 on the flanger/phaser. Also, what is the difference between a phaser/flanger stereo pedal and one that does not say anything about stereo?

You cannot go wrong with a crybaby. I have the original. Vox makes great products but for $20 less I am sure you will be happy with a crybaby. I have always been happy with dunlop products, very sturdy and good quality. I am no expert by any means, but the difference between a flanger and a phaser is just sound. A they both provide an airy effect but a phaser sounds more electronic to me. Personally I like the sound of a flanger better than a phaser but its all preference and what you like to play. If you are looking for cheap thrills check out Danelectro pedals. I picked a bunch of them up on ebay for under $50 a piece and they work great imo for personal use....that was 3 or 4 years ago though. You may want to check out a multi fx processor. I have a Digitech rp200 and that has a ton of fx on it and a expression pedal that you can set up to your preferences for wah, whammy, volume, and others. Its not like having a million single pedals, but it does the trick for me. Like I said all the stuff I bought for guitar was 3 or 4 years ago, since I started college I went from playing 2 or 3 hours a say to 2 or 3 times a month. Stupid education  Good Luck
