They had one up here I wanted to enter called the big pig gig. I thought the prizes were in the 2k - 3k range. It was cancelled this year though. Gives me time to perfect some recipes. I can cook the heck out of a brisket, but I only like dry ribs and I don't think dry ribs win contests. Chicken would be ok, but I didn't write down the best recipe ever and have not been able to repeat it :shock: :shock: :shock:
