An Introduction

Hi, let me introduce myself.

I recently bought my first boat. I am using it for Bow Fishing on Big Bear Lake CA. An Alumacraft 14

Soon the season will be over and I will bring my boat back home in a plan to do a conversion. That desire led me to this site.

My first question is help identifying exactly which boat I have.

My Registration say:

Alumacraft, 1974, Class AB, Type 82.

Out of curiosity what's the risk there with posting registration numbers or HID numbers?
