We celebrated Christmas this weekend with our children, their spouses and our grandchildern. We did a standing rib roast for dinner. Coated it with olive oil, rubbed in fresh ground salt and pepper. Put it in the oven at 275 and pulled it when it hit 124 degrees. Seared the out side on the Weber and rested it for 30 minutes. It was one of the best I have made.

i also did one.it was deeeelicius.i was the official photographer of christmas 2012 and i took pictures of everything! :LOL2:
