Chili Rubbed BBQ Pork Chops

1" thick boneless chops
Garlic Salt
Chili Powder
BBQ Sauce of choice

Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt both sides, 1/2 tsp of chili powder both sides. Place 6" from broiler, broil 8 minutes per side. Remove from oven, cover in BBQ sauce, broil 1 minute, flip, cover in BBQ sauce, broil 1 minute.

I bet the chops got eaten too fast for a picture, we will have to try that recipe for sure.
