Just put the BUTT on for its long smokey ride and then my 3-2-1 ribs go on at 9 should be in enjoying some food sometime around 5 pm. :beer: :USA1:
 
Doing Saint louis style this weekend and i find that they turn out awesome 321 - of coarse you still gotta keep and eye on them. I will take pics from the 2 hour mark on. If your looking your not cooking. (I look at 2 hours)

If anyone doesn't know 321 is 3 hours smoke 2 hours wrapped and 1 last hour back on (no smoke) :beer:

No way - he gets a littel weird with BBQ - thinks the sauce is for "personal use"
