Just finished up my annual salsa canning marathon. Gets me through the year. Sure as hell can't be cost effective, but it makes up in fresh taste effective!



Stove-top to jars:


 
I grew the Cherokee Purple tomatoes, onions, chiles, banana peppers, AND the cilantro. I'm still canning tomatoes, should end the season with about 40 quarts.

I love to see homegrown/homemade anything, especially foodstuffs. And on a side note, acoustic music should always be live!
