Smoked another butt today. Turned out great. Not as much bark as I wanted but more than the last one.

it was delicious. i use a sauce that i can only find back home. it is made in richmond. "Sauers BBQ sauce" I get it in gallon containers from a local country store (you cant even get these off thier website). When i do a butt or a whole hog i will take the sauers, add apple cider vinegar, beer and crushed red pepper. i will baste about every hour or so.
