Chicken wings

ok Flounders porter house got me to get out my chicken reciepe, Oh how I missed her =P~

I don't mine sharing

WINGS
Coat your wings with your favorite dry meat rub
Lay them on the grill and char each side, DO NOT COOK TILL DONE!
Drop Charred wings into deep fryer(they float) untill done-this locks in the rub flavor
Remove and set aside

SAUCE
I use good ol stick butter bars
Heat up butter and add tabasco sauce to taste.
Put 1 large tablespoon of cheese whiz and mix while hot(this keeps the hot sauce)
Pour sause over wings..........Unbelievable =P~ =P~
