Can anybody help me identify the year of my Sears 14' Jon boat? Is it part of the serial number that's in the back inside of the boat? I am having a hard time getting it registered so I can put an electric motor on it for my son.

Well, 1st off - see picture - but my info I had on hand says that model# was a 12' boat.
