This project took me about a week which was only a few hours a day after work. It is fairly stable I fish myself and another guy out of it with ease. I did add more supports under the deck I just dont have a picture. Im getting a butt seat for the bow which will be alot more comfortable and user friendly. I also added a trolling motor quick disconnect plug so I can trailer it long distances. I wired my 12v fish finder running off the trolling motor battery. Quick thanks to everyone on the forum got 70% of the ideas here.

cool, for the doors, are they hinged?

Yes they have two 3 inch hinges on each. One door opens forward the other opens side to side for ease of acess off the boat.
