Ok This should help you guys out. Google, Norton Speed Grip, or Loctite H 8000. I have used several similar products for automotive use. They bond so well that you will rip the metal before it becomes unglued. You can now bond aluminum w/o any worries of corrosion. I plan on doing the rest of my mod with a lot less rivets and no more welding. The dispenser is about 60.00, and the adhesive is 2 part 30.00. So if you have to patch a hole or seal a rivet this will do it all. :!: You must use the epoxy adhesive for aluminum.

Have used the LORD Fusor products a couple of times at work to bond steel parts together. Ain't no gettin' them back apart. If they make an aluminum grade, I'm sure it would be pretty comparable to the 2 you mentioned.
