I'm doing some work on the transom of my Starcraft. I pulled the motor off and there is a molded rubber piece on the transom. I'm not sure what the purpose is other than vibration noise or to protect the wood. I would like to replace it because it's weathered and in pretty bad shape. Where do I find this thing? What exactly is it called?
