So I ordered my Steelflex today. My plan is to do a two tone type of paint job, gray Steelflex on the bottom and most likely a dark blue for the topside.
Is the Steelflex Super Slick a flat color or more of a gloss? What paint would look good on the top half and somewhat match the sheen of the Steelflex Super Slick?
On a side note, Jerry at FASCO really seemed to think the Super Slick would be easier to work with and produce a better finish for me. He also said if I plan to beach the boat, it will be more durable and easier to move around when beached, as well as faster in the water.
Sending my money order today, I'm away next week on business all week long so I hope to come home and find my Steelflex so I can apply next weekend.
