This one has a broken skeg. How much do you think it would cost to fix?

Too late. I just bought them all.

Seriously....tell us more about your fishing habits. Lakes, rivers, do you normally go alone, or take someone with you?

I already heard you say you want a bigger boat. Go for one of the 16 footers. The last one looks the nicest, but like you said...needs a repair. No idea on cost, but shouldn't be all that bad, but???

Also depends on if you want to mod it to fit your needs. A couple seem to be fairly close to finished. Tough choice....you're right.

good point. I fish mostly lakes. I fish for largemouth, crappie, and catfish. On occasion I like to bowfish for gar and carp on the red river. I fish with a partner most of the time, sometimes my wife rides along too.

I guess what I would do is go see them all. They all look to have equal good points. 40 HP is enough to push a 16' boat, anything more is a benefit. The skeg shouldn't be that expensive to weld, and I'm betting that you could find someone pretty easily to do that. See....I don't really know which one I'd lean for. I've only eliminated the 15' because it's smaller. Go look at them and see which is in the best condition.....hopefully one will hit a good nerve with you.

PS...I know...lots of rambling....I can't make up my mind either. Good thing it's you and not me.

The 1980 fisher is the winner, even has titles wow. But the broken skeg is totally missing which means new lower unit to be safe. Watch craigslist and ebay i have seen them for 400.00 rebuilt. That boat is nice and the engine looks good, flip the coin if you dont like results best two out of three.Find a good lower unit and talk him down on price and you will have a 3,000 fishn boat.

i like the one from tulsa and plus, its the cheapest. if i wasnt going to get that one i would lean towards the one in oklahomacity

What do you think about this one. It has a 65" beam. motor runs good no leaks and he has the titles.

Looks good, runs good, time to rebuild if you ask me!check the transom and all aluminum critical areas before buying! Not to mention the everyday things.
