Aluminum vs other metals

Do I need to worry about what kind of metal screws to use in my aluminum boat? Not sure if this is galvanic action or corrosion. Should I use aluminum screws? Stainless?

I use stainless steel. Aluminum screws are hard to find and I believe I have heard they are not as strong.
