I'd go with a 50lb or 55lb thrust TM, especially if it is my primary propulsion. 50lb and 55lb is only about $25-$40 more than the 45lb Endura model.

I agree you wont see much improvement with the 40 lb thrust

I have a 40# Endura on the back of my rig, and wish I'd gone bigger. I don't use it much, but when I do, I sure wish it was a 50-55# model.

55lb on my 1448. Really pleased with it. It's got some get up and go.

My 14'V I had a 50 on the rear and 55 on the front :LOL2: (Yes I left a wake) Well worth the wait for the 50 or 55.
