Bass Tracker 1987 MV-16

Bought this boat last fall for $500 and its been a great boat so far. When i bought it the back of the boat was basically rotten. So Went to menards and rebuilt the back part and put some new carpet in it. Over the winter since i dont have a garage i have been taking advantage of every warm day i get so far and redoing the whole boat and extending the front deck back to the drivers console with more storage compartents. When i purchased the boat everything worked but the Aerator pump but over the winter i took it out and got it working had some stuff jamming the impeller. Its came with a All Terrain 65lbs thrust front mount trolling motor and a 40hp mariner that looks new on the inside not even a speck of dirt. Im getting rid of the Mercury Auto Blend unit and going to Pre-mix anyone had any problems with them? figured i just mix at 50:1 since i didnt wanna risk loosing a good motor since i hear that the auto blend units sometime fail. Here are some pics so far and i will update again when i get a little further on the project. Thanks to a fishing buddy who is and airplane mechanic i got some free aluminum to for the front storage compartments from a wrecked plane. Getting ready hopefully next week to get the new floor in and start to put some new carpet down.

Thats a steal at $500!

It was sitting for about a year and a half at a farm house for sale so i finally went to look at it and sadly found out that it wasnt in the best shape but all the important stuff was there so got to talking and he just wanted it gone so i grabbed it fast. Been a great boat so far!
