Does anyone know the correct name for the rivets i need (transom area). I have heard all kinds of different names. I do know that they are aluminum, round head, most are around 1 1/2 long. Also, do any local dealers (big name) in your area carry them or is this an order on line item only?
My boat is a 1983 model I believe.

thx

Sorry I cannot help you. I don't know much about trackers. Welcome to the forums though I am sure someone might be able to help you with what rivets you need.

Not sure of the name, but try these sites......

Thanks Backpain and Jim. I have found several internet sites that sell them, I am just unsure on what kind I need. I know they are probably considered solid and aluminum but there are several types of heads. Mine are round of course, but there are probably 3 different ones, plus soft and hard aluminum.
Hopefully someone will answer soon.

I've run into the same problem, and have just decided to use 1/4" stainless bolts to re-secure the transom on my '83 bass tracker. I figured those, with a little bit of sealant, will work just fine.
