I'm researching decking options, and I liked the material Brine used in his build, so I was looking into it and came across this: https://www.cgategroup.com/DLds/News/CgateNewsletter_0409%5B1%5D.pdf Look at the right hand side of page 2. They claim it's lighter, and more rigid than regular ACP, and you can see a picture of it. Also, on the CBOND material sheet for ACP, it says it can be welded which surprised me. https://www.cgategroup.com/DLds/cbond0610.pdf Anyone know anything about this fluted ACP? TIA

I have some of that fluted stuff you are showing and i bet it will work well. Pretty rigid. I'm not sure if it is lighter than ACM or if it will take a weld but an impervious quality product none the less. I'd have to say it will work for your application. Ask the dealer if they will send you a sample. If they won't PM me and I'll send you a sample of what I have that is just like that product. We use it for outdoor signs.
