Fishing rod holders! HELP!

Hey everyone, its been quite some time. I wanted to see what everyones take on rod holders was. ive been having one hell of a time finding some that will mount over the rail of my boat. i prefer to do it that way rather than drill more holes in the boat, especially because i may want to move them at any given time. ive seen a few at cabelas and bass pro but they dont seem like they would fit over the rail. any suggestions? any pics or links that you could post would be greatly appreciated.

Have you thought about making some out of PVC tubing? Inexpensive, can be painted, lightweight, and easy to work with. Just a thought.
