Looks like a early 90's model with a center console and old, old 40 hp merc outboard. trailer is galvanized and in good shape ! The guy said to make him an offer I dont know what would be fair the motor is not worth anything I know that but what would the boat and trailer be worth ?
 
New the boat itself sells for 3500-4500. So in my opinion I would offer no more than $1500 with everything. The boat is 15+years old now. The owner of the company is a member here. I would email him direct with the same question. I have talked with him before and he is a nice guy.
