has anyone tried to paint a vinyl seat?i have some good seats, but the dont match my boat at all.just wondering how they turn out with spraycan vinyl paint. like does it wear off quick,or fade?

Baptist preach painted some seats on pg. 5 of his build. I think they turned out real well.

Those look sharp. What brand paint did you use? My new boat has a seat with a surface burn on it, I might have to give this a try. These darn tracker brand seats aren't cheap to replace.

i used dupli-color fabric/vinyl coating.i think it was about $9 a can. it dried in about 10 mins. i think it gets absorbed right into the fabric. they were originally light grey and blue.
