I ordered a new steering wheel for my boat off ebay. It cost me $13 to buy-it-now and another $7 shipping. It came well packaged and should work great for my boat. Looks brand spanking new, not a scratch on it. The old one had been way too dirty to ever come clean and the middle cover kept popping off. So, if you need a replacement wheel, this guy is legit.
