I just bought a sylvan 14ft and it came with a long shaft 30 hp motor. my question is , If I put something on the top of the transom where it "dips down" to make it level across whole top of transom what would be the best way to attach it ? Or any other ideas are welcome too. thought of a jack plate but materials and labor for me is alot closer to my budget.
