Ok so i priced some aluminum today.

4 x 10 x .090 sheet 3003h14 for 155.00, It seems .090 would be plenty strong, any opinions?

Are you going to put foam under it?

I know you are an experienced tin boater, and Im new at it but the foam under my floor really helps to support the floor. No sag what so ever between the ribs.... I could have used Alum foil and it would have been strong enough LOL.

I think that will work for you. I can't remember, but I think I may have used an .063. Seems thin to me now, so I can't be sure....but I too have foam underneath which supports a LOT of weight.
