Anyone have any experience using Gluvit as a sealer on aluminum hulls? Seems like this product might be a real 'problem solver' if it works as advertised.

Have only heard good things about it for sealing the inside of aliminum boats. I plan to put some on my tracker when I get a chance to take the front deck off.

What about sealing pinholes in the exterior surface of a transom caused by corrosion?

If you are going to seal the outside pinholes you can use jb waterweld and apply a couple some layers then sand it down flush and paint over it.

There are numerous pin holes scattered about on both the interior and exterior surfaces of the transom. After I replace the core with plywood and fiberglass resin, I want to seal the entire transom before painting.
