hello,

boat is a old polar craft 16 footer with alum deck and permanent folding seat welded up front
looking for tips on making a good high quality do it your self Flatbottom cover and fixture to keep it tight so snow wont colapse it....a place wants $600 to have one custom made. but if i can get some good material id like to make my own.

anybody here do this before. whats the best material to get?
 
i did some research and found some nice tarps...any one else have any experience with these?
for $139....for a 10x20 vinyl coated heavy tarp is this a fair price?

I've used oneon my old tin that I bought from WalMart (Brown and heavier than their normal tarp) for 2 years now and not had any issues. Cost about $35 if my memory serves me right.
