uhhh....how do I do that?

Okay....I'm pretty sure I'll slap myself and say "Duh!" after somebody explains it to me, but....I'm gathering the supplies to do a small casting deck in the front of my Mirrocraft 3614. As such, I've been looking through several builds here to get some ideas. Got the framework pretty much figured out and all, but for whatever reason, my addled brain can't figure out how to attach the carpeted deck to the frame work. It seems like everybody applies the carpet about the same (contact cement, wrap the edges and staple to the bottom) But I don't see any visible screws in anybody's photos showing the deck attached to the frame....help me out here....and please be kind :-s

They are usually screwed right through the deck and into the frame, the carpet hides the screws.
