new parts for project

I've recently gone through a hard time and am now getting back on my feet. And it's going good. I've started looking for things again and have found a stern and bow light in good condition. Also I saw a ad on craigslist a guy wanting to trade a boat motor for a generator. I happened to have an old generator so i called him and he said ok crazy thing is the genny only did 800 watts continuous output so wasn't good at all. Motor works perfect and is a gamefisher 5 hp.

Can't go wrong with a good motor for a half good generator. DO IT!

did it and the motor runs excellent. needs a little sprucing up cosmetically but just went through it with my uncle and it's running top notch.
