70's sea king 12' v hull

i have rivets leaking so iflipped the boat yesterday andsealed it with fast dry
clear silicone. every rivet and seam.
took it out today and seams like it leaks worse!

:fishing:

whats the best ways to seal it to ensure no leaks?
please help

Im new on this forum but from what i have read so far is that, welding is the best around.

Silicone only goes so far, and the welding sticks from cabelas only goes so far.
So it really depends on how many leaks there are, where they are and is it worth it to weld or replace
all the rivets. My 2 cents would be to do a search for leaks and see some advise from other posts similar to this one!
