Mounting seat?

Most use a wood, toggle bolt or clamp solution. I went a heavy duty route; my seats are meant for long relaxed sits cat and striper fishing.

I used 3/4" pin post bases on mine, Swivel-eze was the brand, but there are others like them. I just used a hole saw to cut out the center holes, and secured the base to the bench tank with #12 stainless sheet metal screws. I offset the rear one to the right to make it easier to use the tiller on the motor. You can see the bases in these pictures:
