I understand that benches provide a lot of the boats structure. Ultimately i was wondering some ways others added structure back into to the boat after removing benches, and still have the openess of not having benches. Pics would be great, Thanks

In my case i plan on removing the two benches closest to the transom and was thinking of some sort of triangle shaped bracket from the deck/ floor to the remaning few inches of the bench left uncut, but am not sure how to go about doing this as well as if it would work
