I needed a new capacity plate for my 1979 Sylvan that I'm rebuilding. I called Sylvan twice, but they do not return calls. I ended up sending a letter explaining what I needed. They sent me a form that needed to be filled out and sent back with a check for $30.00 and I got my new plate. If you want to communicate with them send a letter and wait. All three makers were on the paperwork I received from them.
